We had some lulls in reader participation and did the following.  We 
posted aol links for both email addresses and urls.  About 1/3rd of our 
readers are from AOL.  We also set up a message board where people can 
post feedback online.  If we don't think a question or topic will produce 
a lot of responses, we will post a general question related to the topic, 
or more than one question related to the topic.
