 Your outgoing SMTP is working. This is probably a function of 
 your dial-up ISP service which is apparently working okay.

 This is most likely because the POP service provided by your
 web host (an assumption on my part, but standard procedure)
 is not working.

 Not sure what you are referring to here, if you are receiving mail
 from an address not a tameyourbrain.com address and if you have
 not made any recent changes to Eudora,  it would  seem to
 indicate that the problem is with your web site host.
