	To follow up with what Lori Ann put out, something else to do is to set 
attachments to be deleted after the message is trashed.  In 4.x.x, you do 
this with "Tools --> Options --> Attachments" -- you'll see the various 
options.  It's important to do that, especially if people send you lots of 
attachments and you delete their messages.  Otherwise, your HD will clog, 
quickly.
