Got an Ezine Marketing |
EPUB Archives [Thread Prev][Thread Next][Thread]Re: [epub] Sources of content
I am not a lawyer... but... my understanding is that anything printed is copyrighted and you need to ask permission before re-printing. wow... I just went to your website.... what a variety of niche-marketing opportunities, and ways to write your own unique articles. You can do comparison articles between similar equipment in various price ranges, you can do situational articles (when to use this type engine versus that type engine, depending on water conditions etc.)... you can do survey articles, giving results of surveys among your readers... Look at how folks like Chris Pirillo (lockergnome.html), Eldon Sartre (dirtsmart.com) or J.Ello (http://www.jello.net/report/Default.asp) are creating targeted newsletters for Windows software programs ... you can surely do the same for your marine engines. If you are in engine sales, you can do feature articles highlighting various brands/models, do interviews of customers using different types of equipment (including add-on/adjunct/peripheral tools/supplies/riggings/equipment) I would imagine you could create a marvelous niche for yourself, in turn becoming the "expert" that people turn to for advice and suggestions. If you think you can't "write", just "talk" to your readers the way you'd talk shop if they show up in person. Doesn't have to be formal or fancy, just legible and credible. You have a great window of opportunity for a successful ezine/newsletter. just my own two cents' worth Ray Whiting http://www.twoscoops.com Andrew Menkart wrote: > Hello, > I am new to this list and am finding it very helpful so far.
