Absolutely no, you cannot reprint magazine, newspaper, book, or web articles 
unless permission is granted by the publisher or author, whoever holds the 
copyright. It is illegal and unethical, and called copyright infringement. 
What an author writes is his property and usually his income, and using it 
without permission is the same as stealing bread from his table or stealing a 
computer from your office. Don't even think about it. Either write your own 
material or pay for it or at the least get written permission to use 
something.
