[epub] Tina Clark - this is where you go for eGroups help

is run by Yahoo staffers who seem to actually do
something to help people.  One of them, Brandon helped
me a couple of days ago with an egroups problem and
helped Dirk Dupon get his list back when he had
problems (and you're  right eGroups help is
non-existant - one of the reasons ONElist flourished
"YES an alternative to the despised eGroups"! And
imagine our dismay when eGroups took it over - -- and
now Yahoo has taken over eGroups. 
EGroups non-help is dirided often on this list which
is a eGroups/Yahoo supported list.  But Brandon does
come thru with help often or at least an explanation
of what's up.
Ces't la vie.
