Nope... <*grin*>

First off, the only time I edit manually is when I get a bulk list of addresses
from worldwidelists, (OR when someone is incapable of following the removal
instructions in the first line of the newsletter so I have to do it manually!)
So the duplicate additions aren't a large problem. Once in a while I've gotten a
few duplicates.

But that's okay. Each week, just moments before actual mailing, I import the
list into Aureate Group Mail for personalized mailing (still haven't had time to
test the Pegasus individiual mailing procedures). I tell it to manually suck in
JUST the email addresses from each line (because additions are submitted in a
variety of formats, so there's no way to automate the formatting). Aureate
blocks duplicate addresses on import as well. O'course Aureate ALSO
(erroneously) blocks address like name_@address.com becuase it reads the
underscore character as invalid in the final position. It gives a report after
each import showing these "invalid" addresses, AND duplicate addresses.

In Pegasus, additions are added at the bottom, no special order. In Aureate,
after import, I sort the list by email address, alphabetically. Then it gets
tossed back into Pegasus. When bounces or problems come up after each mailing,
I can open the list in TextPad OR Pegasus and just go down alphabetically to
delete addresses.

I'm probably not explaining it well enough... It's less than a dozen or so
mouseclicks to import and sort and export back to Pegasus. Not nearly as complex
as it sounds when I try to write it out like this.
