Doug -- ~~ I wish I could figure out how to extract the emails addresses in ~~ one of my "Hard Bounce" folders in 'Outlook 2000'. You can do this. If I'm understanding you correctly, you have individual emails from these people and want to put all the email addresses in a file. To do that: 1. File, Import / Export on the main Outlook menu. 2. From the Outlook options presented, select export to a file and click next to select your file type and folder to export from. 3. Select (or create) a file on your hard drive for the records to be exported to. 4. Map all fields. 5. Let it run! I typically export to a csv file type and this works really well for me. Good Luck!
