Hi Guys and Gals,
More specifically, the information can be found at http://www.loc.gov/issn/
Kent, as a non-U.S. publisher, I'd be interested to here why you feel US
copyrights are pretty much ignored elsewhere. Just about every developed
country is a signator of the international copyright agreement. Thoughts?
