Nancy,

What method are you using to redirect the visitors? A meta-refresh
tag? JavaScript? It may be that Hotmail's frames disable that function
somehow, or perhaps her browser is an older version that doesn't
support it. If you could show me an example I might be able to help
you figure it out.
