Brian, thanks for your offer to look at it. I am using a meta-refresh tag.
In fact, I may have even first learned about the meta-refresh thing through
your web site. Anyway, here is the tag that I use on a page on my site that
immediately redirects the user to eWanted.com:

http-equiv="refresh"content="0;url=http://www.commission-junction.com/track/track.dll?AID=544234&PID=512497&URL=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Eewanted%2Ecom%2Froi%2Fgoto%2Ecfm%3Fcaid%3D103980301">

Do you think Hotmail is chocking on that? (P.S. I sent a copy of my e-zine
to my own Hotmail acct. and the links worked fine.)
