[epub] Best Provider for Ezine Distribution?

I run a fairly large website with about 1.25 million unique visitors a
month.  We are about to launch a series of tipzines, up to about 25
different topics in total.  The initial plan is to do ASCII tips at first,
but maybe add an HTML version later.  I would expect that if we promote
these heavily, we will get circulations of 10,000 and higher on many of them
pretty quickly.

We want to outsource the delivery and signup.  Any ideas on what company
would be most reliable and economical for this?
