Avril,

This may be a shot in the dark and I don't want to scare
you, but . . .

When was the last time you scanned your computer with a
good anti virus program?

I recently noticed characters missing in some of my
emails, both outgoing and incoming. A McAfee update and
scan showed no viruses found, but the problem went away.
