If you're going to do that kind of volume, you may want to check
out postmaster.com. They have an excellent program you can
either purchase if and run it from your computer, or you can
subscribe to their monthly service.

The free newsletter groups are: topica.com egroups.com and listbot.com.
These are pretty much the same.
