[epub] eGroups advice requested

Howdy - my new ezine is on eGroups. I want to allow anyone to
read the current issue but reserve posting and editing messages
to myself. The instructions are rather fuzzy. Anyone have an
answer?

Also, my first issue - 01-03-01 - was posted, approved by me and
sent, but it still shows on my e-Groups site as pending. I'm
afraid if I "approve" it again it will be sent out again. Any
thoughts?
