Hi Nancy,

I think ad swaps work well, but after one time of using a service, 
I decided to arrange my own in the future. The swapper was fair, 
but most of the ads were for joke ezines and such. It wasn't the 
kind of ads I choose for my online business ezines. Also, I don't 
run as many ads each week as I ended up receiving.

There are several groups you can join if you need help finding 
people who want to swap. But for your audience, I'd try looking at
some of the ezine listing sites and contacting the list owners I 
chose directly.
