Re: [epub] eGroups advice requested

I too use egroups.  Two questions:
1.    How come some groups that use egroups has [groupname] in the subject
and others don't have the group name in [] in the subject.
2.     I have heard of two different people being banned from egroups for
SPAM.  Yet I know that one of them sent out individual emails.  They gave no
notice or warning.  Has anyone else heard of egroups banning people like
this?
