Sorry to hear about your troubles.

Mailserver for Lists that has been talked about on here for $9.95 per month,
if I recall correctlly, can be found at:
http://www.listmedia.com      I don't recall the details otherwise so
perhaps someone else can share them?

Isn't it possible to remove this person from accessing your account at
Topica?  Change the password ect.?

If nothing else, let your subscribers know a bit about what's happening, if
appropriate.   People are remarkably loyal once they know what the scoop is.
