Hello everybody, I am new to the group, my name is Gloria and I am starting 
a home-based business. My web site is still under construction, but I want 
to offer a newsletter on the site. I was wondering if anyone could give me 
some advice as to what I should do first when promoting the ezine and 
building a subscriber base. Thank you all for any advice.
