RE: [epub] A Lockergnome in our midst
Hi all.

Two specific reasons for which I don't prefer HTML mail :

1. It isn't compliant with all email clients, and I use different ones
for each machine. Spawning a browser window each time I open
an email message is an inconvenience, and an annoyance when
I read my mail offline (which is often).

2. The file size is usually larger, esp. when images are included.
In most cases, the same info can be provided with much smaller
file size in text-only format.

That said, I agree that there are specific ezine topics which may
be enhanced by using the capabilities of HTML - but always
beware that you may be isolating a few of your readers.
