[epub] Policy on Posts

Hi epubbers - 

I just wanted to give you a heads up and clarify our policy on 
posting. After checking our documentation I found it to be less than 
clear and have amended it. All new members will receive the following 
amended paragraph in their welcome message:

"To post to the list, send your message to epub@yahoogroups.com .
Please note that all messages must be approved by the 
moderator before they are sent to the list. Messages may be edited 
for clarity or possible offensive content. Inappropriate
or off-topic posts will be deleted."
