[epub] Recommended size of HTML newsletter?

Hello group,

Been a lurking member for while...got a question for the group. I've got a 
client who thinks she'd like to create a 9 page HTML newsletter. I am 
thinking this is WAY too long!

What would the recommended maximum length of an HTML newsletter be...if one 
were going to send one?
