I bookmarked a web site that may be what you are referring to.

I visited the site a couple of weeks ago but have not been able
to pull a page off the site in a couple of days.

Wonder if they are down or possibly made the RBL. My ISP 
seems to be a subscriber.

 I would be interested in knowing. Sounds like quite a deal.
