My favorite is SmartWrap, a plugin for Eudora, BBEdit, and several 
other applications as well as working with your clipboard (both Mac 
and PC versions available) from Selznick Scientific Software. It's 
$15 shareware, and well worth it in my experience; I use it almost 
every day.
