I've never seen CPMs this low, I think that once you get to that level then 
it simply isn't worth selling ad space at all and you're better off doing 
what you can with affiliate ads. If you can't make $0.15 CPM with affiliate 
ads then you've got a problem with either the quality of traffic or with your 
ad placement or what ads you are running. We run different ads every day, 
basically trying to find new affiliate offers as they come, and filling 
remaining space with CPC ads from the likes of Advertising.com

As for exchanges do build subscriber base, that's good, but it's best not to 
do repeat swaps with the same pubilcations. We've just started a 'swap club' 
where we setup all your swaps for you to save you the work, it also means 
smaller lists can be featured in bigger lists without the bigger lists losing

Does anyone know of any good but under-exposed affiliate programs? Perhaps 
someone on the list has an affiliate program that they operate which they 
would like new members for?
