Hello Jane,

I saw your post and thought I'd reply to the list as I know a lot of
publishers are looking for ads these days. I'd like to help if I can.

I am with PENN Media and as you may know we are a successful Newsletter ad
network. We sell mass reach ad space to our large clients and then send
these ads out to the publishers in our network. 

We only deal in CPM ads so publishers are guaranteed payment for their
space. We don't do any per-click ads or per-action deals, only CPM ads.
Most publishers receive between 1-3 ads per month from us.

We do have some strict qualifications however. Basic qualifications for the
PENN Network:

- Must have at least 25,000 subscribers (100% opt in)
- mail at least weekly
- have 3 or fewer ads per issue
- Must be "content based" .i.e. Jokes, recipes, etc. - something people want
to read (not just a bunch of ads or links)
