Well, the one main difference is that we will be swapping this month and AEC 
won't. One thing listowners need is a little bit of consistancy, AEC is 
certainly one of the better swap clubs but some months swaps don't happen, 
and most months they run late, gradually getting later and later each month. 
Also, there is not a 'verification process'. With our new club, members are 
required to send courtesy copies to the listowners they are running ads for. 
I know this can be a pain, but I consider it to be good etiquette, it is also 
a good way of monitoring things.

Another key difference is that we guarantee a minimum of 90% returns on 
exposure given. We have 130,000 subscribers ourself on our lists and the 
intention is to give as many members an near to (and possibly over) 100% 
exposure as possible.

One of the most important factors, and this was something I found incredibly 
annoying with one other swap club, is that we don't 'over expose'. As an 
example, I gave 1 million exposures to a swap club once and got TWENTY 
adverts in one ezine with 50,000 subscribers. Needless to say, that was the 
last time I used that swap club. We would rather that somebodys advert ran in 
each and every ezine in the club before any 'repeats' were considered. For
