This (epub) is a mailing list to me.  However some would classify a mailing
list as something a company has to send out occasional information to their
customers.

A newsletter I think of as information delivered to subscribers at a regular
interval.  Shorter articles I think, quick information.

an ezine I think of as something that tends to be more lengthy with in depth
articles or stories.
