[epub] form from email

hi again. 
does anyone know a technique for sending form data from an email 
without leaving the email?? i know vbscript and the post and get 
method... but that takes the reader to a new page.  there must be a 
way, client side i suspect, to send the data to the server. anybody 
been here already?? thank you
