This is the answer folks!

If you use word to compose your newsletters, when saving them, use the save
as function and save as text.  (.txt)

If you have content pre-written, then open each file up and then do the save
as function and save it as a (.txt) rather than a (.doc)  and then you can
copy and paste them into Postmaster General with no more problems!
