Hi, Dianne. Just in case there is ever a questionable ad that gets by me, I use
this:

I run ads and articles with the "good faith"
 understanding that they are credible and honest.
 I apologize but accept no responsibility if this is
 not always the way they turn out.
 It is the contributor's responsibility to abide by
 all pertinent jurisdictional laws and regulations
 pertaining to his or her business.

 I do, however, demand the right to turn down any ad
 or article I do not deem fitting, appropriate or to
 the mutual benefit of my ezine, my membership or my
 good name on and off the web.
