Thank you, thank you, thank you!  This is exactly what I had been looking 
for as an addition to the new web site I am creating.  I know just enough 
HTML to be dangerous, but I was able to copy and paste this script into a 
test page, and have it call another page on exit.  It only took a few 
minutes to install!   I still have to create exactly what I want in the 
box, etc., but it is nice to know that I have the script and that it 
works.  That's the part I didn't know how to do, and I dreaded searching 
through hundreds of sites looking for a script.

Thanks to everyone who has contributed your know-how on the many subjects 
this list covers.  I'm always learning new things and discovering 
additional resources.  This one just had such perfect timing, I was 
inspired to respond.
