[epub] Paid subscribers

Having paid subscriptions would be wonderful.  
I have some questions for those of you out there that have successfully gone this route.
  a.. How many subscribers did you have when you decided to switch over?
  b.. How long had the subscriber base been receiving your newsletter?
  c.. How many of them opted in for the paid service?
  d.. What do you charge?
  e.. What do you think you offer that your subscribers are prepared to pay for?
  f.. May I see an example? - denese@new.co.za
I would really appreciate some info on this.  Any or all questions answered would be a great help.
