[epub] We produce TurcomanNewsletter
We produce TurcomanNewsletter a sisiter publication to Turcoman Int'
(Internet/International) Magazine. Our readership is English speaking
Turks and English speakers interested in the Turk world.

Our web magazine is regularly updated with new articles and has a
newsletter registration button, which has brought us a steady 1000 or
so subscribers. We know that the newsletter is forwarded to many
others because new subscribers and general letters with questions and
requests, increase shortly after each newsletter goes out.

We have around 6,500 page impressions read each month but an ordinary
hitcounter on the front page wont give this information. We have
added a hit button on every page but with about 15 spaces after the
end of each article on a page, so as to leave the distracting button
out of site (see our web site). This way we know exactly how many
people read which pages.

Newsgroups are a good area for getting more people to your site, and
thus bringing the right audience to a fair portion of who will
subscribe to your newsletter. Often we will add the first paragraph
of an article to the posting and the web address of the page
containing the rest. This works very well indeed.

We have recently started to sell our articles and some other
products, on the site. So far so good.

Hope this helps newcommers.

Regards

Turcoman
