[epub] Topica advice?

I've been a lurker on the epub list for a few months now... I just took 
the plunge and released my first issue of a health-related 
newsletter (MSInfo-subscribe@topica.com, if you're interested).

I'm currently the only subscriber; a good thing, since I can already 
see several bugs I need to work out.

I looked through Topica's documentation, and couldn't find the 
information to fix things up - so I throw myself at the mercy of any 
Topica experts here. :]:

1) How do you remove your personal e-mail address from appearing 
whenever a zine is sent? I don't want it to be harvested by 
spammers.

2) MSInformation is intended to be a monthly - yet the statistics 
say it's mailed 3 times a week. How do I change this?
