[epub] Has anyone used permanent ads in their newsletter?

Hello everyone!

I'm thinking of putting permanent advertising spots in my newsletter starting in August. By that time, it will have about 5000 subscribers.

I would only run three ads---top, middle, and bottom. No solo ads at all.

Has anyone tried this before for their newsletter? What would you charge for a top, middle, or bottom ad with about 5000 subscribers?(and growing by about 30 subscribers/day).
