Hi Vicky,

Word is great but it puts certain formatting characters into your
message and can start to mess things up pretty badly when
you start using other options for sending your e-zine.  That's why
everyone tells you not to use a word processor.

This is also true when you start writing your html pages -- never use
a word processor.
