Hi Lou,

In whatever text editor you choose, you set your text
line to break at 60 or 65.  You manually make the
line breaks.

Create a line such as the one above (it's 60 characters)
and this will let you know that you have to 'enter'
before the end of that line.

It's not hard once you get the hang of it.  Using a 
simple line such as above helps you remember not to
keep going beyond it.
