Vicky, This is how I use work to format an ezine, it took a little while to work out 1.Open a new word doc 2. Change font to Courier New (stand text font) 3. Make a line of 65 characters across the page- this is your template size 4.Then bring in your margin on the right hand side in till it meets the side of your text line Now when you write your text will automatically drop down at the 65 characters mark. When you save the Doc, save it in the format of txt only with line breaks. Also when the document formats hyper links automatically (the blue link appears if you include the http:) edit the link so it does not appear as a link, other wise when you go to save the document, Word will tell you it may lose some formatting in saving and you will lose your 65 characters formatting. Hope this helps Paul Easton Thank you very much, If you have ICQ drop me a line #29682239 http://www.ICQ.com ------------------------------------------------------------ >>> Attention Publishers <<< Opt-Influence wants you! http://opt-influence.com/publishers/index.php We have advertisers looking for publications in the areas of travel, IT professionals, human resources, small brick & mortar businesses, home improvement and games.
