Hi Rose,

It's undoubtedly a formatting error due to using Word.  You should
just use something like Notepad to set up your newsletter.  That
way you control line breaks, etc.

Can anyone tell me why my newsletter has lines through every sentence for a
few AOL users? I compose it in MS Word and send it via Outlook Express.
Anyone know of any reason for this to happen?
