[epub] A Beginner Question! Help would be great!

Ok, here goes:

Actually, I've already sent out my first issue of my newsletter, but 
I sent it as a Word attachment, and I didn't put the subscribers list 
in the bcc column!  Two big bo-bos!!  One of my subscribers politely 
pointed this out to me, for which I am very thankful, and I promptly 
appologised to him, and promised that the next issue (due Friday) 
would be in a suitable format.  Lucky for me, I only have 8 
subscribers right now, and none of them decided to unsubscribe!

Here's my very simple question:

I have no problem with the content of my newsletter, but as you might 
have guessed, I do not know how to present it in the proper email 
newsletter format.  What do I do so that my newsletter will 
automatically open up in the reader's message box when they click on 
my message??  Is there some special software I am supposed to be 
using, do I type my newsletter directly into a message window, or am 
I missing something here???  All of the helpful material I have been 
reading so far is suggesting to use a regular text editor such as 
Notepad.  Ok, so how do I take the Notepad document and put it into a 
proper email document?

A no-nonsense, clear-cut answer would be great!  Thanks in advance!
