[epub] html email and newsletters?

Hi All!

Hope you all can help me.  Putting together a free
ebook on html newsletters and html email.  

Want to know response rates of ads in html 
emails versus text emails.  

Also, the basics of setting up html email.  It seems 
that certain email programs have trouble reading 
html.
