Todd,

I have "joined" and find most everything to be quite
useful. I surmise that this is relatively new and they
are working to make a name for the organization. It's
likely that they haven't put together the organization
in an official manner as of yet. The effort to provide
a valuable service, the credibility that a membership
image on a members site adds, and the fact that there
is no charge to join makes it a pretty good (and harmless)
deal.

I am quite sure that if the founders decide to be up to no
good, members of this list (and others) will be all over
them. I am happy to support their efforts. 

Perhaps current "members" could make suggestions on how to
develop this as a member driven organization. Surely it 
has the potential to be a powerful force in the eZine and
Newsletter publishers community.
