RE: [epub] sending HTML to AOL
There's two things wrong with that link.

1. It doesn't work as a plain text link. MSOutlook 2000 will not see it as
a link. (I'm not positive, but I believe that Outlook Express would see it
as everything from http through to the space or end of the line as the
address, including the quote and greater than sign.)

2. It is improper HTML. Almost all HTML tags need to be closed! (What,
were you raised in a barn or something? :-])

My suggestion is as it always has been, put a space after the first
quotation, and after the website name. An example:

<a href=" http://www.thebigwhitewolf.com/clickamylinkbreakamysite.html ">
Click Here </a>

It is a link in many plain text E-mail clients, and it is proper HTML.
Whether or not it would work in AOHell, I'm not sure, but it should.

Is there any reason why we can't just use the following link style for all
our newsletter links, AOL or otherwise?

<a href="http://www.BabyNamesIndia.com">

It's a bit clumsy, but would it work in text, html and AOL?

Just curious.
