It occurs to me that you could have it both ways for a little extra work, do
your newsletter in text format and also on your website, then offer the
reader a choice by adding a link at the top of the newsletter to the online
version. Your subscribers could vote with their feet that way. You could add
a counter to the web version and see if your customers liked it better?
Eventually you would have the answer to this question! K
