I think there is a definite advantage in HTML format over PDF since you can
go right into the ezine directly without having to click and wait.
With email overload becoming so common, anything that cannot be accessed
directly and immediately is at risk. Also the PDF format takes one away from
the email screen, so people are likely to consider coming back to the ezine
later and that later may never happen.
