[epub] ON - Line eZines vs. Email versions

We send the ezines out as usual emails with a link to our website
with an HTML link. This is the best way to do it. Most of our readers
dont have PDF and don't want to download it. If they are too lazy to
click a link to read the ezine on line, they are not going to download
Adobe Acrobat Reader.

We tested and lost lots of readers by not publishing the usual text
only email format. So it is back to that with the website link for those
who want it.
