Having your address and phone number on your website is essential.

Would you do business with a website that offered no way to contact
the webmaster or owner? Would you actually send them money or give
them your credit card information, etc. without knowing who you are dealing
with? 

I leave sites that are hiding this information. I feel there is a reason they
are being clandestine and I can easily click on their competition who 
aren't hiding anything.
