[epub] HTML (with graphics) Design/Publishing Question

Hello everyone, new kid here! Just joined, looks like an informative 
group. I've searched through the archives for this group and haven't 
yet found the answers to a few questions. I'll try to be brief:

1. What is the best software to use for HTML (with graphics) e-zine 
design? I have FrontPage 2000 and Word.

2. What is the best e-zine distribution software to use for HTML 
(with graphics)? I have WorldMerge, but this doesn't support graphics 
yet. 

These may sound like basic questions, but I'm just getting started, 
so please bear with me!
