Does anyone have any advice about when, if, and how to use an editor's note when there's a minor problem with newsletter distribution (e.g., a one-day delay in newsletter distribution)? Because of a technical problem, our newsletter is being sent out to our consumer customers a day late. While I don't want to make a big deal out of it, I also don't want to ignore the scheduling delay. This is relatively new territory for me, so I appreciate your advice. ============================== Jennifer M.
